Money-Making Sites and Products
We have to be careful about how we describe the rip-off, scam, or questionable work-from home/internet marketing sites – “naming and shaming” is a dangerous practice in this litigous world. But you’ll get a pretty clear idea of how to identify the “bad guys” as we progress with our tips and move into “the telltale signs someone is just trying to grab your money”.
However, one thing we can do is name and link to (and offer free memberships where we can) the sites we find to be good, useful, content-packed, and run by trustworthy people.
This page will be dedicated to those sites. We’ll add them one (or a couple) at a time, not bombard you with a page full at once, so you can check them out, add them to your arsenal (if they suit your plan), or drop them.
Honesty in Internet Marketing
As we’ve said elsewhere, there is a lot of promotion of sites and products purely to score the commission, whether the purchase is worth it or not. While we might make money if you commit wholeheartedly to the sites we recommend, you will be joining us – that is, if we aren’t spending money there, we won’t advise you to! And if our opinion changes and we cancel a membership, we’ll tell you we did it, and why.
Most of our recommendations will either have a free entry (membership sites) so you can check it out before deciding whether to upgrade, or they will have a money-back guarantee or instant/easy cancellation capability. We’ll only send you to places we think will be of value, and you can be sure of a free ride or an easy exit if it doesn’t suit your plan.
And remember to read our tips – don’t go signing up all over town, even if we recommend it. Overloaded and overwhelmed is not the way to succeed in this business.

You miss the whole point, my friend. This is not a money-making blog, this is a “help people” blog. The only monetisation is when I (very rarely) recommend something on the basis that I have bought it (or used the person’s services), tested it, and believe it will be of true value to my readers who are otherwise swamped with scammy get-rich-quick schemes, promises of overnight fortunes, and other such rubbish that permeates the online business world.
That’s why I have mostly avoided the “IM Niche” – it’s dirty. I have plenty of other web sites live, and plenty more under construction, but not in this field. This blog is a very personal endeavour, trying to save Internet Marketing newcomers from suffering the cons, hype, information overload, and brain-numbing, wallet-emptying crud that I was hammered with when I started and still see every day. I’ll only “monetise” if I believe the reader will make a lot more money than me from the purchase.
